We're based around Mississauga and take on projects throughout the Greater Toronto Area, including Peel, Halton, York and Durham Region, along with the City of Toronto itself.
How do I get a quote?
Email us or request a quote through the site with a short description of your project. We'll follow up with questions and, where useful, arrange a time to see the space in person.
Do you handle permits?
Yes. For projects that require permits under Ontario building code, we manage the application and inspection process as part of the overall scope.
How long does a typical renovation take?
Timelines vary with scope, from a couple of weeks for a bathroom refresh to several months for an addition. We provide a realistic schedule as part of your written quote.
Can you work with an existing design or architect?
Absolutely. If you already have drawings or a designer in place, we're glad to build to those plans and coordinate directly with them.
Do older homes need a different approach?
Often, yes. Homes built before modern code may need extra attention to wiring, insulation or moisture management, and we account for that during the quoting stage rather than after demolition.
